A Unique Shaped Indian Beans or Hyacinth Beans, found it last week, hiding behind the others in the vegetable bags.

    I've never heard of Hyacinth beans... though it's shape reminds me of what we call green beans.
    I know baked beans, broad beans, butter beans, sugar beans...
